Chicken!

Chicken is a great source of protein, vitamin B6, B5 & B3, and It's also a super easy to prep for meals on the road!

Pan fry or bake several chicken breasts, add salt & pepper to taste, cool and prepare for your weeks meals. Or freeze once chicken is cooled and save for when needed; cooked chicken can store in the freezer for about 4 months.

Wanna spice it up a bit?

+Spicy & Sweet Chicken:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp olive oil
Coat chicken breasts, bake.
*This recipe is also great with pork chops*
